For any question about the app, your account or a Premium subscription, write to saransh@inovareservices.com. We respond within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Report a problem

Found a bug or something not working as expected? Email saransh@inovareservices.com with your phone number (used to sign in) and a description of the issue, including steps to reproduce it if you can.

Request account or data deletion

Email saransh@inovareservices.com from any address with the subject "Delete my account" and include the mobile number registered on your account. We will permanently delete your profile, contacts, meeting recordings, transcripts, summaries and action items, and confirm once complete. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data this covers.

Billing and subscriptions

Premium subscription and billing questions, including cancellations, can be sent to saransh@inovareservices.com. You can also manage or cancel your subscription from inside the app.
