1. Who We Are
संवाद सारांश (Samvaad Saransh) is a mobile application published by Inovare Services Pvt. Ltd.. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is processed and how long it is kept.
2. Information We Collect
We collect your mobile number for OTP-based sign in, the contact details extracted from visiting cards you scan, audio recordings of meetings you choose to record, and the transcripts and summaries generated from them. We do not read your phone's address book unless you explicitly sync a contact to it.
3. Audio Recordings
Meeting audio is recorded only when you tap record. Recordings are processed to produce a transcript, summary and action items, and are retained in your account, along with the resulting transcripts and summaries, until you delete the meeting or your account.
4. AI Processing and Sub-processors
Card images, audio and text are stored with our cloud infrastructure provider (Supabase, operated through Lovable Cloud) and processed by AI model providers (Google and OpenAI, accessed through Lovable's AI gateway) solely to deliver the app's features. We do not use your content to train AI models. Subscription payments are handled by Apple (iOS) or Razorpay (Android); we never receive or store your card details.
5. Consent Before Recording
You are responsible for informing and obtaining consent from all participants before recording any conversation, as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. We share data only with the processors named above, or where required by valid legal process.
7. Your Rights
You may access or correct your data from within the app. To request a copy of your data or deletion of your account and associated contacts, recordings, transcripts and summaries, write to us at the contact below; we will action the request and confirm once complete.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and audited.
9. Governing Law
This policy is governed by Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
