1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using संवाद सारांश (Samvaad Saransh), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Your Account
Sign in is via OTP on your mobile number. You are responsible for keeping access to that number secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Recording Consent - Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for obtaining consent from every participant before recording any meeting or conversation using the app. Chashguru Technologies is not liable for recordings made without lawful consent.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
The Free plan is available at no cost with usage limits. Premium is billed at ₹199 per month through our payment partner and renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the app to record unlawfully, to store unlawful content, to reverse engineer the service, or to resell access without written permission.
6. AI-Generated Content
Transcripts, summaries and action items are generated by AI and may contain errors. Verify anything important before relying on it. They are provided as an aid, not as an authoritative record.
7. Service Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be withdrawn with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration seated in Bengaluru, in English, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
